Applications for a Donation

Applications are now closed. All requests for donations have been considered, and you should have now received an email with the result of your application and the next steps including the process of receiving your donation if you were successful.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we have unfortunately had to cancel our usual ‘giveaway’ evening this year. This however will not limit your ability to receive your donation and this should be explained in your email.

For those groups who were succesful and received your cheque, please follow the link below and complete the form to acknowledge receipt of your donation.

If you have missed this years application submission and would still like to apply for a donation for your group or charity, an application form will be available here early after our next pantomime. Please see our Ticket Page for details of when this production will commence.

All the money raised by Pantomime and our other fundraising efforts throughout the year goes back into the local community in the form of donations to local groups and charities within the Wyre Forest. Last years show raised a grand total £28000 which we distributed to 100 worthwhile groups from the area.

Fundraising is at the heart of everything we do at Monday Night Group, If there’s a way we can save money, do something cheaper, or beg and borrow things we will! We are kindly supported by local businesses who help our cause with things such as; donation of equipment, print services, rehearsal spaces and much more, and for that we are very grateful, as all the money we can save means more money we can give away.

Monday Night Group is run by a group of passionate volunteers who put in countless hours of work for free to be able to produce our traditional pantomime every year all aimed at the ultimate goal of raising as much money as possible to support the local community.

We aim to do all this while still producing a professional grade show at an affordable price so all the families, cubs, brownies, schools and the like can come and enjoy a laugh out loud family show while also doing your bit to support local groups and charities!

If you are a group or charity within the Wyre Forest who are in need of some money then please apply below. We do have some limitations on what we can support but all of this is explained when you apply.

As an example, you may like a new cricket set for your scout group, or you may like help to pay for the coach for your annual friendship club’s trip to Weston. All applications are read by ourselves after Pantomime and if you are successful, the money is given away at our annual ‘give-away evening’ in around April (date tbc).
