Thank you for coming along and joining in with our 50th Celebration performance of Cinderella.
You all played your part by buying your tickets and putting ‘bums on seats’. From your ticket money and any additional donations (from ‘the buckets’) You have been part in raising an incredible amount of money to help the local community, and hopefully you had fun along the way too!
Without each and everyone of you, we wouldn’t have been able to help as much as we have done over the last 50 years.
Over the 50 years we have given away over £400,000 to local groups and charities. This year we are on track to hit our target of £25,000 and will report back as soon as we get the final figures.
We all have had such a good time preparing, rehearsing, and performing ‘Cinderella’. It has been filled with laughter, topped with a good dollop of exhaustion. Having such good audiences throughout all the shows has put the icing on the cake for us.
We planned to make our 50th anniversary performance stand out and tried to push the boat out at any given moment to make it ‘the best ever’ and we personally believe we have achieved this, we hope you all enjoyed it too!
Next year our annual pantomime will be ‘Puss In Boots’ in January 2017. If you missed out coming this year and wish to play your part helping the local community while enjoying a classic family pantomime, make sure to book your tickets early! Tickets will be available from this website later in the year, we’ll let you know when the booking lines open. We hope to see you all again next year.
